To Transfer your phone number from a different carrier to Sprint.
With Local Number Portability, you can now switch to Sprint and bring your current phone number with you.
How do you transfer a number to Sprint? Do not cancel service with your current provider. Service
will automatically be cancelled when your number is transferred to Sprint. You must fax the first page
of your old service provider's bill to: 800-933-2943.

While determining whether your phone number can be transferred is an important step in the process, there may be additional restrictions from your former service provider that may prevent a successful transfer. Local Number Portability may not be available in all markets or from all telecommunications providers. Other limitations may apply.
